KANGA WELLBEING

Kanga Wellbeing is a collective of wellbeing experts providing a nurturing and peaceful space at Hay Festival, where you can take a break from events, indulge in therapies and connect with yourself through the practice of yoga.

MORNING YOGA

Start your day with morning yoga classes designed to reinvigorate your energy and spirit. Enjoy a grounding, energising, alignment‐based yoga practice, using the breath and sound to rediscover and rejuvenate the body and mind. Classes run 8am – 9am on the Festival site, every morning from Friday 26th May to Sunday 4th June. Beginners and experienced students are most welcome.

DAILY THERAPIES

Treat yourself to a relaxing therapy in Kanga Wellbeing’s cosy lotus belle tents. Choose from Swedish body massage, aromatherapy massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology and reiki.
